These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services provided by Bad Frog Sporting (“BFS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order with Bad Frog Sporting, the customer agrees to the following terms.
All quotes provided by Bad Frog Sporting are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are considered confirmed once:
The customer approves the final artwork proof, and
Payment arrangements are confirmed.
Bad Frog Sporting reserves the right to adjust pricing if:
Artwork requirements change
Garment availability changes
Order quantities are modified before production
Customers will receive a digital artwork proof before production begins.
By approving the proof, the customer confirms that:
All spelling and design elements are correct
Logo placement and sizing are accurate
Garment selections and quantities are correct
Once approved, the proof becomes the final production reference.
Bad Frog Sporting is not responsible for errors present in the approved proof.
All products produced by Bad Frog Sporting are custom decorated to order.
Because of this:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
Orders cannot be changed once production begins
Custom items cannot be returned due to sizing issues or preference changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate size breakdowns and quantities.
Payment terms will be specified on the customer invoice.
Bad Frog Sporting may require:
Full payment in advance, or
A deposit before production begins
Orders may not enter production until payment requirements are satisfied.
Applicable taxes (GST/PST) will be added according to British Columbia and Canadian tax regulations.
Standard production timelines typically range between 10–15 business days, depending on order size and garment availability.
Production timelines begin after proof approval and payment confirmation.
Rush orders may be available at additional cost and are subject to production capacity.
Bad Frog Sporting is not responsible for delays caused by:
Supplier inventory shortages
Shipping carrier delays
Customer approval delays
Circumstances beyond our control
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Once an order leaves the Bad Frog Sporting facility, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is produced incorrectly due to a Bad Frog Sporting production error, the customer must notify us within 3–7 days of receiving the order.
If a claim is approved, Bad Frog Sporting will offer:
Replacement product, or
Store credit
Bad Frog Sporting does not issue cash refunds.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for replacement.
Because all products are custom decorated:
Custom items are non-returnable
Custom items are non-refundable
Returns will only be accepted in cases of verified production defects.
Customers confirm they have the legal right to reproduce any artwork, logos, or trademarks submitted to Bad Frog Sporting.
Bad Frog Sporting is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bad Frog Sporting from claims related to unauthorized artwork usage.
Occasionally, garment styles or colours may become unavailable from suppliers.
If this occurs, Bad Frog Sporting will:
Notify the customer, and
Offer a comparable replacement garment where possible.
Bad Frog Sporting’s liability is limited to the value of the original order.
Under no circumstances shall Bad Frog Sporting be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
Bad Frog Sporting reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to future orders.
