Returns, Exchanges & Production Policy

At Bad Frog Sporting (BFS), all products are custom decorated specifically for each client order. Because of this, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.


1. Custom Product Policy

All items sold by Bad Frog Sporting are custom-made and decorated to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

This includes:

  • Screen printed garments

  • Embroidered apparel

  • Heat transfer / DTF decorated products

  • Custom teamwear

  • Promotional apparel with logos or branding

Because these items are produced specifically for your organization, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues, preference changes, or ordering errors.


2. Proof Approval Responsibility

Before production begins, clients receive a digital artwork proof or mockup for approval.

By approving the proof, the client confirms that:

  • All spelling, logos, colours, and placement are correct

  • The design layout and sizing meet expectations

  • The garment selection and quantities are correct

Once the proof is approved, Bad Frog Sporting is not responsible for errors present in the approved artwork.


3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective or incorrectly produced due to a BFS production error, we will resolve the issue promptly.

Acceptable reasons for replacement include:

  • Incorrect logo or design printed

  • Decoration placed incorrectly

  • Garment damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Wrong item supplied compared to approved order

In these cases, BFS will offer either:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Store credit

Bad Frog Sporting does not offer cash refunds.


4. Issue Reporting Window

Any issues with your order must be reported within 3–7 days of receiving the order.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

To submit a claim, please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or credit:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Orders where the client supplied incorrect sizing

  • Orders approved through the proof process with design errors

  • Custom orders produced as requested

  • Special order garments sourced specifically for the client


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order enters production, it is locked and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Please review your proofs, sizes, and quantities carefully before approving production.


7. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a production error, Bad Frog Sporting will cover return shipping costs within 30 days of delivery.


8. Store Credit Policy

Store credit issued by Bad Frog Sporting:

  • Will be applied to future orders

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be transferred to another customer
