Shipping & Delivery Policy

Bad Frog Sporting provides shipping and local delivery options for customer orders. The following policy outlines how orders are shipped, delivered, and handled once they leave our facility.


1. Order Processing

Production timelines begin after both of the following have occurred:

  • Final artwork proof approval

  • Payment or deposit confirmation (if required)

Standard production timelines typically range from 10–15 business days, depending on the order size and garment availability.

Once production is completed, orders will be prepared for pickup or shipment.


2. Shipping Methods

Bad Frog Sporting ships orders using commercial shipping carriers, which may include:

  • Courier services

  • Postal carriers

  • Freight services (for large orders)

Shipping method will depend on:

  • Order size

  • Delivery location

  • Customer preference (when applicable)

Shipping costs are typically added to the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.


3. Delivery Timelines

Shipping timelines vary depending on destination and carrier schedules.

Delivery estimates provided by Bad Frog Sporting are based on carrier information and are not guaranteed.

Bad Frog Sporting is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays (if applicable)

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


4. Transfer of Responsibility

Once an order leaves the Bad Frog Sporting facility and is transferred to a shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery shifts to the carrier.

Customers assume responsibility for:

  • Ensuring shipping information is accurate

  • Monitoring delivery status

  • Receiving the shipment at the delivery address

Bad Frog Sporting will assist customers in filing carrier claims if necessary.


5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged during transit, customers must notify Bad Frog Sporting within 3–7 days of the expected delivery date.

Bad Frog Sporting will assist in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.

Resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation and policies.


6. Local Pickup

Customers may choose to pick up orders directly from Bad Frog Sporting.

When an order is ready for pickup:

  • Customers will be notified

  • Orders should be collected within a reasonable timeframe

Bad Frog Sporting is not responsible for items left uncollected beyond 30 days unless otherwise arranged.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Bad Frog Sporting is not responsible for additional shipping charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Returned shipments

  • Delivery rerouting requests

Any additional shipping fees may be billed to the customer.


8. Large Orders and Event Deliveries

For large orders, tournaments, or event deliveries, Bad Frog Sporting may coordinate:

  • Scheduled delivery

  • Event drop-off

  • Group shipment arrangements

These details will be confirmed with the customer prior to production completion.
